1. Our Role as an Agent
We act as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract directly with the supplier. Their terms and conditions will apply to your booking in addition to ours. We are not responsible for the provision of the travel services themselves.
2. Bookings, Pricing, and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified and are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full and tickets have been issued. Prices may not include all taxes, fees, and surcharges, which may be added at the time of payment. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website.
3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by supplier and fare rules. Many promotional or cheap fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Any request for cancellation or change must be made through us and is subject to fees from both Myflightbooking (for processing the request) and the travel supplier. Any refund is subject to the supplier's policies and may take time to process.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport with sufficient validity for your destination. You must also obtain all required visas, transit visas, and health documentation.
- Names and Information: All passenger names provided must match the names on their passports. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to us.
- Flight Times and Reconfirmation: You must check your flight itinerary and reconfirm flight times with the airline at least 72 hours before departure, as schedules can change.
5. Limitation of Liability
As an agent, our liability to you is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or other harm caused by the acts, errors, or omissions of any travel supplier. We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our control, such as flight delays, cancellations, strikes, weather, or government actions (force majeure). Our maximum liability to you for any loss is limited to the service fees you paid to us for the booking in question.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and technology on this website are the property of Myflightbooking and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
